Peanut butter cookie dough bites
These little bite sized balls taste so good and perfect as a little pick-me-up. This no bake and no date recipe only requires a handful of ingredients, 5 mins of your time to blitz together and are great with or without the protein powder.
INGREDIENTS
Cup of oats
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (almond butter also tastes good)
1 tablespoons of unflavoured protein powder (I used @formnutrition pureblend)
Pinch of rock salt
2 tablespoons of honey
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 squares of dark choc
METHOD
1.Blitz your oats in your food blender to make them flour-like in consistency
2.Now add all of your ingredients into your food processor and blitz until the mixture is combined
3.use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into smooth little balls using the palm of your hands
These balls are great kept in the fridge and taste best for the first 5 days! They can also be frozen too.
