Small sustainable habits equal big positive change 🌟
This book resonated so much because I’m always talking to my coaching clients about the power of building sustainable healthy habits instead of making big unrealistic radical changes to their nutrition and lifestyle because it really is the build up of the daily small enhancements that over time turn into big positive improvements to your health and wellbeing.
I’ve experienced it first hand and continue to feel the benefits of this slow and steady approach and see it with each of my clients too, it really is key!
There’s just no such thing as quick magic fixes so ignore the toxic diet stuff that we’re all about to be bombarded with in Jan and instead focus on establishing the small changes that serve you and make you feel better and build up from there. It will take longer but you’ll be making changes that last.
