Hormone friendly smoothie recipe

My go-to breakfast smoothie; full of nutrients, plant-based protein and healthy fats.

This is my go-to breakfast smoothie not only does it taste so good it’s packed full of nutrients, plant-based protein & healthy fats making it a nourishing breakfast option to help balance blood sugar levels and get your day off to a naturally energised start. 

I often swap frozen avocado for frozen mango or banana so give them all a go and see which you like best- If you have a sweeter tooth then try the mango first it’s sweet and delicious🥭 

Add the following ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth:

✨1/2 cup frozen raspberries 

✨1/2 cup frozen mango / avocado or banana 

✨2 tbsp mixed seeds- flax, chia & hemp

✨Few walnuts & Brazil nuts (omega-3 & selenium) 

✨Tbsp peanut butter
