The Environmental Working Group create these helpful lists to demonstrate which vegetables to prioritise buying organic as these are exposed to most pesticides vs the clean fifteen which have the least exposure and you could buy non-organic versions of. But the bottom line is, its all about making sure you’re eating a wide variety of plants in your diet whether they’re organic or not! but its useful to know which ones to prioritise when food shopping. Remember to thoroughly wash all of your fruit and vegetables regardless to being organic or not.

I’m currently working with a nutrition client and have created a hormone rebalance plan for her, she’s on a budget for food but wants to eat as much organic produce as she can afford so these lists are super helpful for her to refer back to!
